What we collect
When you contact us through this site, we collect your name, your email address, and whatever you write to us in your message. Unless you opt out, we also collect basic anonymised analytics about which pages you visited and how you arrived at the site.
We do not collect any other personal data automatically.
Why we collect it
Your contact details: so we can reply to your enquiry. That is the only reason.
Site analytics: to understand which pages people read and how they got here. Aggregated, not personal.
How long we keep it
Contact enquiries are kept for the lifetime of the conversation plus a reasonable retention period after that, typically 24 months.
Analytics data is retained per the policy of the analytics tool we use. Currently up to 14 months.
Who we share it with
Nobody, unless we are legally required to. We do not sell your data. We do not pass it to advertising platforms.
Your rights under the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act
You have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and withdraw consent for any processing.
Email contact@itspersonal.sg with the subject line “Privacy Request” and we will respond within 30 days.
